Donate

Thank you for visiting our donation page! Let us guide you through the donation process.

How to Donate

Around our site, you will see these convenient "Donate Now" buttons. These are your tool for making a donation. Clicking a "Donate Now" button will open a pop-up window (please make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups!) where you can choose how much to give, and send a dedication along with your gift. Your financial information will be handled by a secure server, managed by JustGive.org, a site committed to handling online donations for registered US-based nonprofit organizations.

To Donate to Any of Our Community Projects Worldwide
Please visit our Community Projects page to learn about each project, and use the "Donate Now" button on the page for the project or projects you wish to support.

To Donate to CREST's Travelers' Philanthropy Program
To support our program with a donation, please use the "Donate Now" button on this page.

Note that your donation goes go to the Center for Responsible Travel, (formerly registered as Center on Ecotourism and Sustainable Development, CESD) the non-profit charity behind Travelers’ Philanthropy. If you have made your donation to a specific community project we support, the form will auto-fill with the title of that project, letting CESD know where your donation should go. Please remember that IRS rules require our Board of Directors to approve all uses of funds before they are sent to the project. If for some reason we cannot use the funds in the way that you prefer, we will contact you with a suggestion for another worthy recipient and await your approval before disbursing. For an explanation of applicable laws, please visit our FAQ.
